Ready to rescue the alphabet, Paw Patrol style!
Do you have a little who loves Paw Patrol? I have 2 of them! I also have a kiddo who is not extremely fond of sitting in one place to practice letter recognition. Sound familiar? Well, this is the perfect activity for you!

Materials
- Paw Patrol pups
- Paw Patrol Helicopter (or other vehicle)
- ABC Puzzle
- Toddlers ‘Reporting for duty!’
My first born was all about this alphabet puzzle from the time he could pick up the pieces. He did it DAILY. My sweet middle child? Not so much. He’s much too busy to sit still for most puzzles.
Knowing the power and importance of puzzles, I was determined to figure out a way to get him excited about doing this alphabet puzzle. That’s where the Paw Patrol comes in!
Both of my toddlers love Paw Patrol. As a result, we’ve received quite a few pups and vehicles for birthdays. They love to zoom them around the house rescuing animals from danger. So, I thought, why not alphabet letters?
It was as simple as ‘hiding’ these letter pieces around the house and then telling my littles they needed rescuing. And boy, were they on it! They took to their vehicles and away they went!

I absolutely love watching my kiddos immersed in play. Especially when there is a learning element involved. I’ve never seen my middle child so excited about letters, or puzzles, for that matter!
It is so rewarding when I can create an activity that both entertains and educates. And this…this IS that activity!
